At FURRSY, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Below are the details of our return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at support@furrsy.com. We'll request photos of the damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged or defective custom items, we will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@furrsy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
  • Please ensure that you use insured shipping for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items that are not defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards.

Holiday Return Extensions

  • During the holiday season, we extend our return period. For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, items can be returned up until January 31st of the following year.

International Returns

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or taxes. Please ensure that you select tracked shipping to avoid any issues during the return process.

No Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will receive the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs, if applicable.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
